Regular shipping charges will be paid by boutiquelemarcheur.ca for all orders of $100.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts and promotions) to be delivered in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario, with the exclusion of remote locations. For those remote locations, the shipping charges will be $30.00.
For the Maritimes provinces and Western Canada, free shipping will be offered on orders of $200.00 or more. For orders of less than $200.00, shipping charges will be $25.00.
Regular delivery time: 3 to 5 business days following invoicing.
Please note that neither the seller nor the transporter are responsible if the client isn’t present at the time of delivery. If the client plans on being out, he can request a Canada Post’s shipping that might engage extra fees.
Regular shipping (3 to 5 business days following invoicing): $8.00 per order for all orders of less than $100.00 to be delivered in Quebec or in Ontario.
Express delivery for Quebec and Ontario is also offered (1 to 2 business days following invoicing): $12.00 per order.
Finally, for Northern Canada, the shipping charges is $45.00 and these orders are not eligible for free shipping.
We only ship in Canada and deliveries can’t be made to postal boxes.
A refund will be issued if the item is returned at Boutique le Marcheur (4062 St-Denis street, Montreal, Quebec, H2W 2M5) within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
Merchandise has to be returned in its original state (unused) and in its original packaging. You will have to present the original receipt.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if applicable.
To make a return through the mail or via a transportation company (Canada Post, Purolator, etc.) you will first have to get in touch with us by phone at 514.842.3007 or via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
You will need to mention the order number, your name, your complete contact information and the reason of the return.
We will send you via email a return number that will have to be inserted in your package. Original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded and a return fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund. If the merchandise is returned in accordance with our requirements, we will credit it on the card used to make the original purchase. If the merchandise isn’t returned in accordance with our requirements, it will be sent back to you at your own expense, no refund will be made and the transaction will be treated as a final sale. A service fee may apply in certain cases (damaged box, missing accessories, etc).
