Returns and exchanges
To make a return through the mail or via a transportation company (Canada Post, Purolator, etc.) you will first have to get in touch with us by phone at 514.842.3007 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
You will need to mention the order number, your name, your complete contact information and the reason of the return.
We will send you via email a return number that will have to be inserted in your package. Original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded and return cost will be at your expense. If the merchandise is returned in accordance with our requirements, we will credit it on the card used to make the original purchase. If the merchandise isn’t returned in accordance with our requirements, it will be sent back to you at your own expense, no refund will be made and the transaction will be treated as a final sale. A service fee may apply in certain cases (damaged box, missing accessories, etc).
