Return policy

A refund will be issued if the item is returned at Boutique le Marcheur (4062 St-Denis street, Montreal, Quebec, H2W 2M5) within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Merchandise has to be returned in its original state (unused) and in its original packaging. You will have to present the original receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded if applicable.

To make a return through the mail or via a transportation company (Canada Post, Purolator, etc.) you will first have to get in touch with us by phone at 514.842.3007 or via email at info@boutiquelemarcheur.ca within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

You will need to mention the order number, your name, your complete contact information and the reason of the return.

We will send you via email a return number that will have to be inserted in your package. Original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded and return cost will be at your expense. If the merchandise is returned in accordance with our requirements, we will credit it on the card used to make the original purchase. If the merchandise isn’t returned in accordance with our requirements, it will be sent back to you at your own expense, no refund will be made and the transaction will be treated as a final sale. A service fee may apply in certain cases (damaged box, missing accessories, etc).
